If you’re like me, you may have always used a word wall in your classroom, however, research shows us that we do not store words based on visual memory. A sound wall is a better option because it unlocks the code for kids and helps them understand how sounds and symbols work together.

This resource includes mouth articulation pictures for a consonant wall & vowel valley. It also includes grapheme cards with sound spellings and a target picture. You get 2 versions of the mouth pics so you can organize your consonant wall in the way that works for you. I have also included labels to organize your walls.
