Hey Science of Reading friends!

These decodable pages are aligned with my phonics scope & sequence and my high frequency word scope & sequence.

The pages in this set focus on SHORT VOWELS. By having students read words first, then phrases, and finally sentences, we are helping to set them up for success! This builds confident readers and also helps with fluency.

There is one page for each phonics skill (short A, E, I, O, and U).

At the top of each page, you will see the target sound, mouth shape, and supporting picture. This set includes my embedded mnemonics which can help kids remember letters & sounds faster!
