Dictation is an important part of learning to read and spell. Daily dictation can help kids apply the phonics & phonemic awareness skills they have been learning!
These pages are created to go along with my daily dictation lessons. You can also use them with any other dictation program and/or use your own words. There are 40 different pages to choose from including seasons and holidays!
How to use:
1.Say the target sounds out loud. Have students spell each sound.
2.Say each word. Have students map the word (spell each sound) and then write the word on the lines underneath the mapping boxes.
3.Say the sentence. Have students write the sentence on the line.
