I created these slides as an easy, fun way to practice blending CVC WORDS! Please note this resource is NOT animated and you do need to click through the slides.
How to use this resource:
Click through the slides having students blend each sound as it shows up. Then have them read the word and show the picture.
These slides can be used to scaffold for students who are just learning to blend. Just pause after the second letter is shown and have students blend the first two sounds together first. This is called successive blending!
What’s included?
This resource includes 10 words with a VALENTINE theme!
The file included is a POWERPOINT but you can simply upload it to google slides to use there as well!
